Voipmagic's Call Management and Voice Logging Platform is unique as far as combining a Full Telephone Management System (TMS) with a Voice Logging Platform to retrieve costing information as well as listening to recorded telephone calls online. This is the History Only Option , where you'll have only the call details :

BOTH options would however have the following :

A MANAGER Login which can access all the users information and recordings AND an INDIVIDUAL Login where the logged-in user would only be able to view and access his or her own recordings.

How much will it cost ?:

Costs depends on your infrastructure - in other words , what kind of Trunks you have ( Analogue or ISDN - Basic Rate or Primary Rate) and how many you have. The Software cost is the same but depending on your Inter-connect , a suitable gateway must be supplied ( ICASA Approved ) and depending on the amount of users , recording space must be calculated and suitable storage must be supplied.
